What’s your return policy?Updated 2 months ago

We have a 60 day return policy for first time customers (your first order). Which means you have 60 after receiving your first order to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  All returns must be sent to the correct address we send you, otherwise they will not be eligible for refund.

First orders

We always want our customers to be happy with their order which is why we offer 60 days to initiate a return, refund or exchange. 

To qualify for a full refund:

  • You must send back all items in your order. This includes any promotion items included with your order, like the starter pack.

  • If your order contains more than one drink item, only one drink item can be returned opened. All others must be returned unopened and in new condition.

Subsequent orders

We have a 30 day return policy for return customers. Simply contact us within 30 days to initiate a return, refund or exchange. 

To qualify for a full refund all items must be returned in unopened, new condition.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
