Can I update my shipping address after the order has been shipped?Updated 2 months ago
If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot update the address for that order. However, you can update your address in your account settings to ensure future orders are sent to the correct address.
You can also reach out to the carrier to try and have the package redirected for you.
If you cannot receive the package at the address it was sent to, please contact us so we can assist you with a resolution.
If you would like your order reshipped to a new address we may need to charge you for that reshipment, as we can't reship order for free.
